Matt is a career intelligencer whose experience spans the public, private and academic sectors. Having contributed to strategic problem sets across a decade in military intelligence, Matt moved on to craft intelligence tradecraft around the tech and data of a major multi-national as Director of Analysis. He now works as a director at the Centre for Information Resilience, using open-source investigative techniques to combat malign influence operations, while remaining connected to private sector work through his consultancy building tradecraft around tech and data. Matt is also researching a PhD, mapping the ways in which open source data and techniques have disrupted institutional knowledge generation. ‍
