Norine MacDonald KC is the founder and president of the RAINCLOUD Group, which develops specialized B2B digital platforms across industries, with RAINCLOUD DEFENSE as its inaugural initiative; a lawyer and former Visiting Distinguished Fellow at the National Defense University.
