Alexander is an MPhil Candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford, with research interests in security studies, nuclear policy, and the implications of technology on conflict. Alexander is President of the Oxford University International Relations Society and Publications Lead for the Oxford Emerging Threats Group. Before coming to Oxford, he worked in political public relations & consulting for a Washington, D.C. based boutique firm. Alexander undertook his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a member of the Nuclear Policy Working Group and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
