Marcus is the Director of Operations at IoT Tribe and Janus Allies, the UK accelerator for NATO DIANA. He served with the British Army from 2008 to 2024, first as a reservist, then as a regular officer, leaving as a Major. Since exiting the Army, he led operations in a start-up before entering into Defence consultancy supporting General Sir Richard Barrons KCB CBE following the publication of the UK’s 2025 Strategic Defence Review. He joined the NATO DIANA accelerator site in October 2025 supporting both MOD and NATO-selected innovators in developing their innovations and commercialising their products.
